On April 25 th 2025, young participants of the Green YOUth Changemakers project in Karlovo, Bulgaria, created a new eco-art installation in the yard of the Youth Information Centre.
Despite the rainy weather, the group succeeded in designing a colourful structure with a strong environmental message. The installation was made from recycled materials, symbolising the need to keep forests and natural areas clean and free of pollution.
Although not yet fully completed, the project already transformed the space into a vibrant reminder that creativity and sustainability can go hand in hand. The initiative also encouraged passers-by to reflect on their own role in protecting nature.
This activity was part of the project’s artistic approach to environmental education, showing that messages for sustainability can be delivered not only through words but also through powerful visual symbols.
